Service
These terms govern use of the Cloud Technologies website and the digital marketing services we provide to UK and US clients.
Pricing & payment
SEO services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Website projects are quoted upfront with clear milestones. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
Contracts
SEO is month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Website builds are project-based with scope defined in your quote. We do not lock clients into long retainers.
Results
We set realistic expectations and report transparently. Rankings and traffic depend on competition, your market, and Google algorithm changes — we cannot guarantee specific positions.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service period. For full contractual terms on engagement, refer to your signed proposal or statement of work.
