Primary SEO Goal: To improve search visibility with focus on increasing organic traffic that generated more customer enquiries and strengthen local search rankings.

Executive Summary
Our collaboration with Junk Buddies focused on one major goal – to strengthen their local presence. When the project began, Junk Buddies had already undergone nearly four months of SEO activity but saw no meaningful results.
Pre-Campaign Metrics:
These were the baseline SEO metrics that Cloud Technologies Ltd saw before any SEO Optimisation –
1) A large number of pages were not being indexed by Google.
2) Weak local targeting and location relevance.
3) Targeted keywords were not ranking in search results.
4) Organic traffic levels were extremely low.
5) Minimal enquiries were generated through Google search.
Strategy Implemented By Cloud Technologies Ltd:
Keeping in mind all the baseline SEO statistics, we executed a structured SEO recovery plan that incorporated:
- Technical SEO fixes.
- Location-based content optimization.
- Authority building (backlinks & citations).
- Local SEO optimization.
Within 16 weeks, the website transformed from an invisible website into a strong local search performer ranking across multiple service areas.
Strategy & Approach
Technical SEO Audit & Fixes:
We implemented an in-depth technical SEO audit that led to reveal of issues such as un-indexed pages, crawlability issues, weak URL structure, poor internal linking, weak mobile usability and improper sitemap.

Keyword Research & Targeting Strategy:
We conducted a detailed competitor analysis along with location-specific keyword research, initially focusing on Harrow as the primary target area. The strategy centered on combining service and location-based targeting (for example, “House Clearance Harrow”), prioritising high-intent search terms, and identifying enquiry-driven keywords that were more likely to generate leads. To support this process, we utilised Google Search Console, analysed competitor SERPs, and used professional keyword research tools to refine and validate the targeting approach.
On-Page SEO Optimization:
We optimized every service and location page across the website to enhance search visibility and relevance. The on-page optimization work included:
- Optimizing meta titles and meta descriptions for improved click-through rates.
- Implementing a clear heading hierarchy (H1–H3) for better content structure.
- Strategically placing target keywords within the content in a natural manner.
- Optimizing images with descriptive file names and alt tags.
- Strengthening internal linking between service and location pages to improve navigation and crawlability.
Content Strategy & Implementation:
We developed goal-focused SEO-optimised service content with a strong inclination towards local search intent, ensuring the website clearly matched what potential customers were actually searching for in their area. The execution followed a phased rollout so Google could properly understand the website’s topical relevance and geographic focus. Our content strategy included:
- Creating dedicated, optimised content for all 10 core services.
- Publishing Harrow location content first to establish a strong primary location signal.
- Gradually introducing secondary location pages (Watford, Uxbridge, Northwood and Pinner).
- Expanding and strengthening high-priority service pages with deeper, more informative content.

Alongside, the primary services were given special optimisation focus:

In simple terms, the site stopped looking like a generic waste-removal website and started appearing as a trusted local expert for clearance services in its target areas, which significantly contributed to ranking improvements.
Link Building (Off-Page SEO):
We focused on strengthening the website’s trust and authority signals to improve its credibility in search engines. This was achieved through consistent citation building across relevant local platforms, directory submissions on reputable business listings, and the acquisition of quality backlinks from trusted sources. Alongside this, we also developed additional trust signals that reinforced the business’s legitimacy and reliability, helping search engines view the website as a credible local service provider and supporting overall ranking improvements.
Local SEO (Google Business Profile/GMB) Optimization:
We optimized the Google Business Profiles for the Harrow and Pinner locations to strengthen the company’s presence in local search results. The local SEO strategy included complete profile optimisation, detailed service descriptions, and regularly publishing keyword-rich posts. We also aligned high-performing organic SEO keywords with the Google Business Profiles to maintain consistency between website rankings and local search signals.
The Results:
As a result, 32 keywords achieved top 3 positions and more than 50 keywords ranked within the top 10 in local search, leading to a steady increase in customer calls and enquiries.

Outcome: 80–90% of targeted keywords advanced to Page 1 and Page 2 of Google search results.
